Sara I had a very bad experience in this place. Last time me and my friend went to J's tea. We were waiting for the waiter to order the drink, it took the waiter more than 1 hour and 30 min and they still did not realise that we have not ordered yet. The owner was there, and no one cared about the customers. The service is aweful. Not exaggerating here. This really happaned! Despite your milk tea is good, the service sucks! Another time, I ordered a take away milk tea. I was waiting for at least 20 min, the owner apologize for the wait which is good. However, when I was drinking it, there is a silver metal sponge in there.

Jacob This is definitely the best pearl milk tea place I've been to. There is a large range of choices. The food and drink are of very high quality! The place is elegantly decorated, which is ideal for bringing friends and families. The staff members are very friendly and always willing to help. I go there almost every week. The place opens 7 days a week till late, so it's also a great destination for late-night snacks and drinks. Highly recommended.

Ringman My friend told me they have the grestest milk tea, so I went. And yes, they do have the greatest milk tea!! They have a very good range of choices and I tried their speical milk tea. It's awesome! Total recommented. The only thing is the place is small, so hard to get seats.
